Let’s be honest …this whole COVID-19 epidemic is making us slow down! It’s a good time to focus and #RESET. I read a book in like 2 days which I never have time to do. I made a connection for a future project.
I’m cooking more AND I’ll be able to do some spring cleaning on a Tuesday! It’s important to take necessary precautions but DO NOT FEAR!

Let me ask you a question…What are you eating during this time? I want to focus on Eating Well.
I know we may be in the house eating “quarantine snacks” but most importantly how you feed your spirit is important at this point.
Eat well= Eat the right amount of spiritual food. The Bible says FEAR NOT 365 times, one for every day of the year. Your response to all this can be worse than the “quarantine snacks” you’re eating. Research shows that fear-based stress and anxiety can cause your immune system to weaken. Your immune system needs to be strong.
Here’s a list of scriptures you can read and meditate on so you can Eat Well:
2 Corinthians 5:7
What you eat will eventually come out…now I’m not trying to be gross BUT have you to see a point here. If you’re not eating well, then fearful thoughts, negative thoughts, and negative conversations will come out of your mouth. So, EAT WELL and be careful of what comes out!
This is also a great time to inquire about knowledge about a skill. Write that book you always wanted to write. Read a book about an interest you have.
If social media is overwhelming take a break… you won’t miss anything.
During this time of RESET, eat well my friend. RESET what you’re eating. Fruit, veggies, and the Word will certainly keep you!
