Love is God,

Love is free,

Love is all He hopes for us to be.

Love is patient,

Love is kind,

Love is yours and it is mine.

Love is flawed,

But it won’t fail,

If it is rooted where the Spirit dwells.

Love can hurt,

Because it makes us feel,

Yet, in the midst of it, we heal.

Love is a challenge,

When we don’t yield,

Yet flows so graciously as we build.

Love, love, love,

Came and rescued me.

Love, love, love,

Has transformed me.

Love, love, love,

Speaks when I have no voice.

But to experience its bounty,

Love must be my choice.

So, I chose today to love, to love, to love.
