I don’t know where today finds you, but can I remind you of something deeply personal and profoundly true?
God sees you.
Not just the version of you that shows up for work with a smile or the one who posts the polished moments on social media. He sees you—the one behind the scenes. The one who sometimes feels invisible, overwhelmed, uncertain, or just plain tired.
That truth wrecked me in the most beautiful way when I heard Terrian’s song “He Sees You.” It’s like a love letter from Heaven—one that whispers into our everyday moments and says, “I know exactly where you are, and I’m not going anywhere.”
He sees you in the hospital room.
He sees you in the late-night crying spells.
He sees you in the mundane, the messy, and even in the moments you think no one could possibly understand.
And not only does He see you, He knows you.
Psalm 139 reminds us that He is intimately acquainted with all our ways. Before a word is even on our tongue, He knows it completely. That’s not just knowledge, that’s care. That’s intentionality. That’s love.
So often, when life is heavy or our hearts feel forgotten, the enemy loves to whisper, “You’re alone. No one notices. No one cares.” But God flips that lie on its head and says, “I see you. I’m with you. I’m fighting for you—even now.”
Maybe you’ve been praying prayers that feel like they’re bouncing off the ceiling. Maybe you’ve been asking God, “Do You see me? Do You care?”
Let me be the one to remind you today:
Yes. He does.
He sees every tear.
He hears every sigh.
He counts every step.
Not one moment of your life is hidden from Him. And nothing about your story is wasted—not the heartbreak, not the waiting, not the wondering.
I don’t know what you’re walking through, but I pray you find peace in this: You are not unseen. You are not overlooked. You are deeply known and deeply loved.
So keep going, friend.
Lift your eyes.
Lean into the One who sees you completely and loves you endlessly.
Even here.
Even now.
He sees you.
This post was inspired by the song, “He Sees You”, by Terrian. It reminds me that we have a father who intentionally loves us and is attentive to our every need. May you be encouraged and reminded after you listen to the song just as I am.
Be Blessed,
Nia
